Scottish Rite Valley of Bellingham

Our Building

1101 N. State Street #100

Bellingham, WA 98225

Our building was built in 1905 by Bellingham Bay Lodge Number 44 of the Free and Accepted Masons of Washington, The York Rite, and Eastern Star.  The building was purchased by the Scottish Rite, Valley of Bellingham in 1964 and has been owned and operated by the Scottish Rite since then.

In 1997 the Scottish Rite of Bellingham began an extensive remodeling program.  The Deming Dining Room on the main floor has been extensively remodeled and in 2001 the kitchen which serves the Deming Dining Room was brought up to current commercial kitchen standards.

This grand old building has the feel of the turn of the century (1900) in Bellingham.  In the remodeling of the building we have tried to maintain that turn of the century feeling while incorporating modern connivances.
