Our revised bylaws which include the name change have been submitted to Bill Miller for his approval or rejection. Basement Rented
This last summer we rented the large dining room in the basement to Dream On Futon for their sewing factory. They make pillows and futon covers. Last summer Wayne Deming and Steve Cronkhite remodeled the basement to meet the needs of Dream On Futon. The remodel included moving Ciao Thyme’s office from the back of the dining room to just behind the kitchen. A new wall was installed 8 feet from the kitchen creating the office space and access through lockable doors from the new hallway that was created. The move the rent the basement came from the fact that we had not used the basement dining room in over two years and rentals of the facility had fallen off. The additional income will be used for the lodge room remodel and other programs.
