In December SGIG William R. Miller, 33° appointed Paul
Ingram, 33° as the new General Secretary of the Valley of Bellingham.
Paul has just joined the Valley of Bellingham
as a dual member. He hails from the Valley of Northern
California in Fortuna,
California. Fortuna is north of San Francisco.

Christmas Dinner a great success
The Valley’s Christmas Dinner was held at Fools Onion
Restaurant this year. Fools Onion is
our main floor caterer and they just opened their new Restaurant in Bellingham’s Historic
Fairhaven Area.
The dinner was attended by three of our four masters:
Mark Wiggins, 32°, Wise Master; Dale Fluaitt, 32°, Master of Kadosh; and Winton Smith, 33°
Master of the Consistory. Gene
Gilbert, 32° KCCH, Venerable Master had obligations with the Divan and Nile on the same evening and had to miss the
occasion.
